FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FABRICATION

All of our products are handmade from A-Z in our workshop in Montreal, Quebec (Canada). This means that we sculpt our own designs, make our own molds, hand pour and finalise each cast. Slight differences are to be expected, as each piece is hand poured and painted. These differences make for individualized designs.

FABRICATION DELAYS

Most items are made-to-order.

*Fabrication delays range from 4 to 6 weeks. This means that your item will not be available to pick up or ship before 4 to 6 weeks.

READY TO SHIP

Ready-to-ship items will ship each Monday.

CUSTOM ORDERS

For custom orders, please send an email to: boneznbunniez@gmail.com with the following information:

1) name of product

2) quantity

3) color/design requirements

4) in-shop pickup or shipping

Feel free to include photo references.

*If you want to have your order shipped, please include the complete shipping address and postal code.

**Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight of your entire order and your location.

 

An estimate of your custom order, and information on how to proceed, will be included in a reply back to your initial inquiry.

MATERIALS

Most of our products are made in high quality (plant safe) resin with the highest heat resistance. PSST! They wont warp while your plants are sunbathing. They are hand painted with mixed media.

Please see the description of each individual product for further details.

CARE

Because our products are handmade/painted we do encourage you to handle them with care.

To water your plants we suggest using watering globes.

To clean, wipe the items with a slightly damp cloth - never wet - and dry any water droplets with a soft cloth.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We DO NOT accept cancellations, but we do encourage you to email us at boneznbunniez@gmail.com if you have any questions about your order.

RETURNS

We DO NOT accept returns. All sales are final, so please choose your purchase(s) wisely.​

EXCHANGES

We DO accept exchanges ONLY if your items were damaged in transit. In the event that you do receive a damaged product, please send us an email at boneznbunniez@gmail.com that includes your order number, a description of the damaged product and photographic evidence of both the item, and the packaging.

*To be eligible for an exchange please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. 

*We are not responsible for return shipping costs, nor are shipping costs refundable.

SHIPPING TIMES

Local (Montreal): up to 1 business day

Regional (Quebec): up to 3 business days

National (Canada): up to 7 business days

International (U.S.): up to 7 business days

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your entire order, and your location.

We are not responsible for any custom or import taxes that may apply.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Choose from:

  • EXPEDITED shipping

  • EXPEDITED shipping WITH SIGNATURE*

  • IN-SHOP PICKUP

*We highly recommend the shipping with signature option. This means you, the recipient, must sign upon the delivery of your package. If you aren't home at the time of the delivery postal services will send the package to the nearest pick-up location, where it will be safe. 

IN-SHOP PICKUP

We do realize that shipping fees can be quite high. This is due to the fees being calculated based on WEIGHT. 

Please remember we do offer in-shop pickups to help you save on shipping fees. Simply choose that option at checkout.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE CANADA AND U.S.

If we currently do not ship to your area, please send us an email at boneznbunniez@gmail.com with the items you'd like to order, and your complete shipping address (don't forget the postal code/zipcode).
