1 / Fabrication

All of our creations are handmade from A-Z in our workshop in Montreal, Quebec (Canada). This means that we sculpt our own designs, make our own molds, hand pour and finalise each cast.

2 / Fabrication delays

All items are made to order, unless stated otherwise.

​Fabrication delays range from 3 to 4 weeks depending on the product and requirements. This means that your item will not be available to pick up or ship before 3 to 4 weeks.

3 / Orders and inquiries

To place an order, please send an email to: with the following information:

1) name of product

2) quantity

3) color/design requirements

4) in-shop pickup or shipping

Feel free to include photo references.

*If you want to have your order shipped, please include the complete shipping address and postal code.

**Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight of your entire order and your location.


An estimate of your custom order, and information on how to proceed, will be included in a reply back to your initial inquiry.

4 / Materials

All products are cast in high quality, heat resistant resin. The resin is plant/aquarium safe and won't warp if your plants are in the sun all day. 

All products are hand painted with mixed media. The media we use is durable, scratch-proof and weather-proof. Go ahead, soak your plants if you need to! 

5 / Returns & Exchanges

We DO NOT accept cancellations, but we do encourage you to email us at if you have any questions about your order.


We DO NOT accept returns. All items are made to order, just for you therefore sales are final, so please choose your purchase(s) wisely.​


We DO accept exchanges ONLY if your items were damaged in transit. In the event that you do receive a damaged product, please send us an email at that includes your order number, a description of the damaged product and photographic evidence of both the item, and the packaging.

*To be eligible for an exchange please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. 

*We are not responsible for return shipping costs, nor are shipping costs refundable.

Regional (Quebec): up to 3 business days

National (Canada): up to 7 business days

International (U.S.): up to 7 business days

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your entire order, and your location.

We are not responsible for any custom or import taxes that may apply.


We do realize that shipping fees can be quite high. This is due to the fees being calculated based on WEIGHT. 

Please remember we do offer in-shop pickups to help you save on shipping fees. 


Due to astronomical increases for international shipping, we have made the decision to pause international shipping for SPINE SETS.
