All of our creations are handmade from A-Z in our workshop in Montreal, Quebec (Canada). This means that we sculpt our own designs, make our own molds, hand pour and finalise each cast. No 3D prints.

Vert Tèbre operates seasonally with small batch drops in the summer months and winter holidays. 

On the rare occasion we may offer the opportunity to pre-order. ​

• Fabrication delays can range between 4 and 8 weeks before your order ships. Please hesitate from enquiring about your order before the 8 week deadline.

• Pre-orders CANNOT be cancelled. We encourage you to email us if you have any concerns about your order.

• At the time of pre-order purchase, shipping will not be included (it will be set to 1$). We will calculate shipping fees manually as we get to your order, and send you a PAYLINK for shipping fees. Shipping fees via PAYLINK must be paid in order for your order to ship. Shipping fees vary tremendously and we want fees to be just and fair for everyone.
  Average fees Canada: 20$ CAD for a fetal skull to 35$ CAD for a spine set.
  Average U.S. fees: 30$ CAD for a fetal skull to 45$ CAD for a spine set.

• As all pieces are hand made and painted, no two pieces will ever be alike. That being said, slight color differences are to be expected (additionally screens, monitors and lighting can all affect appearance). Two options for bone coloring will be offered: lighter patina and darker patina.

All products are cast in high quality, heat resistant resin. The resin is plant/aquarium safe and won't warp if your plants are in the sun all day.

All products are hand painted with mixed media. The media we use is durable, scratch-proof and weather-proof. But still, we encourage you to be gentle to your handmade purchases :P

RETURNS

We DO NOT accept returns. All sales are final therefore please choose your purchase(s) wisely.​

EXCHANGES

We DO accept exchanges ONLY if your items were damaged in transit. In the event that you do receive a damaged product, please send us an email at boneznbunniez@gmail.com that includes your order number, a description of the damaged product and photographic evidence of both the item, and the packaging.
